Did you find out anything new about Zels? I never saw the pic of the baby Edna. She is sitting on a tire!
I found there is a 81 year James Zels that recently died in northern California. It could be a lead because Zels is an unusal last name. I think that picture could be of a memorial.
Here is something new, James Zels’ first name is Julius. He died in 2006 at the age of 81. He has a son named Julius James Zels and his father’s name is Julius James Zels.
